Madonna Set To Be Sued By Brazilian Producer Over New Single?

Joao Brasil claims “Give Me All Your Luvin'” copies his song…
Madonna could find herself facing legal action over her new single after a Brazilian musician claimed that the chorus of ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ is ripped off.
Joao Brasil claims his song ‘L.O.V.E. Banana’ is too similiar to that of Madonna’s new track with Nicki Minaj and MIA for it to be a coincidence. You can compare the two tracks below.
Brasil was told of the difference between his track and Madonna’s by fans last week.
Speaking to told Brazil’s Folha da Sao Paulo newspaper he said…

“I still don’t understand what happened.
I’m a huge fan of hers.
If it’s plagiarism, then even better.
She is always at the cutting edge of music, so it’s a good sign about what I do.
It’s in their hands, they’re looking at how to proceed and what they can do.
But personally I don’t want to do anything.
The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna.”

Brasil claims that he believes it to be the fault of a producer and not Madonna herself that his song has potentially being copied.
