Madonna feuds with ex Guy Ritchie over custody of Rocco

According to the New York Daily News, Madonna’s son Rocco wants to live with his father Guy Ritchie.

A judge ordered Wednesday the 15-year-old son of the pop diva and film director Guy Ritchie to return from London against his wishes.

Ritchie’s lawyer Eric Buckley said…

He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York.

Madonna, appearing agitated, tried to interject, but was calmed by her lawyer Eleanor Alter.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan asked…

Has he prevented the child from returning to the U.S.?

Ritchie’s lawyer Eric Buckley…

Effectively yes.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan said the kid, Rocco Ritchie, should talk with Madonna and then revisit the issue of which parent he prefers. Kaplan said Rocco will receive his own court appointed attorney.

Kaplan told Madonna…

I’m granting you all the relief you have requested.
I’m directing the child to be returned to New York.
If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother.

She also ordered that both parents not discuss the legal proceedings with their son.

Madonna is seen leaving Manhattan Civil Supreme Court in New York City on Wednesday…
